I agree with the kids aspect. It's tough trying to sit down and engage in a service when they're running a muck. Carrie and I had a Sunday off and were going to attend a church, but things came up so we attended a service online. Managing Chloe was like trying to wrangle cats- it wasn't happening. Props to our Children's Ministry for making things happen so well for our kids.

One more con of online service (and it sort of falls in the "distraction" category) is our children...it's hard to get much of anything done when you have young children, so watching an online message uninterupted is tricky! (Someone commented during the chat that it gave them a new appreciation for our children's ministry workers. So true!) Plus, the kids themselves would miss out on the age appropriate learning/worship time that they usually get on Sundays.
