I think this man was one of my patients that lived back in the hollar. Seriously, I know people that are scarily (is that a word?) just like this. And I just read my hubby’s comments and he said the exact same thing–we must be thinking of the same people!

Someone’s been eatin’ too many of momma’s Wal-Mart hot dogs. Jiggle, jiggle… break the pickle.The only way that could have been more authentic is if you would have had a spit cup for your chaw… Seriously, I know people like that up here in the mountains.Now, off to change my adult diaper. I wet myself from laughter.
